Abi, Sally, Claire, Anna, Ellen and Alice all love sailing, they started at different times and for different reasons but they all love it.

Ellen: My favourite thing about sailing is the feeling you get when you lean out of the boat really far, it just feels really free and really nice.
Girls and Mothers sailing together, getting into dinghies at a variety of different ages from learning with schools groups and having a go at an adult lesson.
Alice: It's very challenging, it's physically active, it's mentally active. A lot of women perhaps don't consider sailing as a sport for them. It is great fun, a very nice community.
They describe their passion for sailing as absolutely brilliant fun and a fun and active way to be outdoors.
