Job Summary & Responsibilities

The role is to support the Centre Manager and the centre team with welcoming clients, answering the phone & day to day administration duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Beach club - handlling of customer enquires/questions
  • Answering the phone and returning all messages left
  • Working with the Beach club supervisor to update the activity & hire program
  • Taking payments for beach club, cash up and record all
  • Point of contact at reception desk
  • VHF base contact
  • First Aid point of contact
  • Signing in / out of guests
  • Certificate issuing, Course paperwork filed and stay within GDPR guidelines
  • Logbook/shop sells
  • Office organisation/tidiness/appearance
  • Tidiness of centre especially reception and after lunch times
  • Café emergency cover
  • BTEC Course Administration (May – July ONLY)
