Job Summary & Responsibilities
The role is to support the Centre Manager and the centre team with welcoming clients, answering the phone & day to day administration duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Beach club - handlling of customer enquires/questions
- Answering the phone and returning all messages left
- Working with the Beach club supervisor to update the activity & hire program
- Taking payments for beach club, cash up and record all
- Point of contact at reception desk
- VHF base contact
- First Aid point of contact
- Signing in / out of guests
- Certificate issuing, Course paperwork filed and stay within GDPR guidelines
- Logbook/shop sells
- Office organisation/tidiness/appearance
- Tidiness of centre especially reception and after lunch times
- Café emergency cover
- BTEC Course Administration (May – July ONLY)
