A huge part of what Julia's house does is to take care of the siblings of an ill child. Their Siblings' Summer Sleepover offers the opportunity for brothers and sisters to enjoy time away from often difficult and emotional situations and spend it with youngsters in a similar situation enjoying activities they often miss out on.
