2017 was a very busy year for Kat looking after all of the Rockley staff across the two UK and three French Centres, course candidates and starting a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) HR qualifcation course.
The nine month programme resulted in hundreds of hours of studying, thousands of words written and a few sleepless nights that came to completion at the beginning of 2018 along with the fantastic news that Kat had passed the course.
CIPD is the main professional body to accredit and award professional Human Resources (HR) qualifications. The CIPD qualifications are the recognised professional standard for HR and training specialists working across the UK's public, private and charity sectors.
