This year Pip, a passionate triathlete and runner, has challenged herself to a half Iron Man, half marathon and a few triathlons all in the name of wanting to make a difference to some very special children.
"I'm doing a half iron triathlon an a half marathon for Julia's House because I love the work they do and I want to make a difference. This year I wanted to push myself more than last year so have set my sights on a half iron-man triathlon in September, followed by the Bournemouth half marathon in October.
"The triathlon is a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and a half marathon to finish. Along the way I have three other triathlons lined up to do; first weekend in June in Swanage, July in Weymouth and August in London which is an Olympic distance. It is going to be tough going.
"I am supporting Julia's House again as I think the work that they do is incredible. Any support you can give is amazing, thank you in advance ."
Julia's House cares for life-limited children in Dorset to give their families respite and comfort. Julia's House, the Dorset and Wiltshire Children's Hospices, provide respite care and support to children with life-limiting and their families through a dedicated team of community carers, nurses and other professionals working within the families' own homes or at the Hospice in Dorset.
