Mini has been part of team Rockley for twenty years first joining us in 1999 as one of the very first ITC. As Operations Manager he was in charge of running the overseas operational part of the business and is an expert at putting together three watersports centres every year.

We talked to him at the start of the new year to find out all about his new role.

"This new job means that I now look after the operations for both the French and UK sectors of the business. Across the five Rockley centres I have Operation Managers to help make this possible. Will Murray is now the new French Operations Manager and AJ Windsor takes on another new Rockley role as UK day venue operations manager."

"The new job structure means there can be more cohesion between the Operations Director and all of the facilities across the UK and France. This will provide better support for all the Rockley centres and help push forwards the Rockley services and product in general."

"The biggest challenge for me will be to ensure that I am not pulled in to many directions at the same time. New year always offers a new challenge."

"Since my first summer season with Rockley in 2000 I have been able to move up the ranks of management. I have managed all of the Rockley French centres and then became resident French Operations manager, where I was able to move to the UK and visit France for periods of time."

During his time with Rockley Mini has gained years of experience and many qualifications including RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor, RYA Senior Windsurf Instructor, RYA Powerboat Instructor, SUP Instructor Level 1 and Mountain Bike Leader Level 4.
