This year all three of the Rockley Centres in France have new teams headed by a whole new squad of managers. Here we introduce you to the three centre leaders and their teams.
Each Centre Manager is coming into their fourth or fifth season working for Rockley and a large majority of the staff working in France this season have come from our BTEC Level 3 Sport and/or progressed through performance development courses.
Rockley La Rive
Manager: Cat Albutt
Senior Team: Lizzy Bourne Activity Manager, Hannah Brewis Assistant Manager, Danny Keighley Centre Senior, Jason Stevens Centre Senior, Hayden Langhor Centre Senior
While Cat has been with Rockley for several seasons this is her first as Centre Manager.
We grabbed five minutes with Cat before the season started: "I am very excited, a littel nervous, but I am really looking forward to seeing things from a different perspective, I have a really strong senior team who are very capable.
"I am also really looking forward to meeting all of the schools and groups and getting to experience the whole concept of the centre season."
Rockley Azu Rivage
Manager: Will Murray
Senior Team: James Anken, Activity Manager and Lauren Jelley, Assistant Manager
Will started work at Rockley as an Instructor and has worked his way through to Centre Manager in France. Cool, calm and collected, he is a keen cyclist and a lover of everything outdoors.
James started with Rockley after he graduated from the BTEC Level 3 Sport in 2012 and has been a key member of the Schools & Groups team over the winter, introducing new schools to Rockley Adventure.
Rockley Le Lac Mimizan

Senior Team: Dave Scholes Activity Manager, Josh Banner Beach Supervisor, Claire Arnold Centre Senior, Kirsty DeSouza Centre Senior
Although a non-sailor, Kate is one of the best Centre managers we have been lucky enough to have.
Kates loves the French sunshine, baguettes, croissants, surfing.
