We are committed to helping young people be the best versions of themselves and believe that an enjoyable and 'brilliant residential' trip, can have a huge positive impact on both their academic achievement and personal development. On a Rockley residential trip, youngsters are not judged by their academic achievement but find other ways of being successful in a creative and natural environment. This can have a huge impact on young people's lives which can be more far reaching in society and schools.

We believe in making every experience fun, friendly, adventurous and unforgettable for young people and adults from every background; from schools, scouting, youth groups and beyond. We will provide youngsters with limitless opportunities to engage, bond, grow as individuals, embrace new opportunities and appreciate our great outdoors. Creating new friendships and forging special bonds, trying something new for the very first time, chatting with your mates about the awesome day you've just shared - to them it feels like fun, but young people are learning the character skills they need to succeed: leadership, teamwork, resilience and initiative. These are the experiences that will help them grow and develop as positive and independent people.
