First aid

Our centre has first aid boxes. All our main safety boats carry a first aid kit and radio. Our instructors all hold a valid First Aid certificate and attend a health and safety induction when joining the Company.

What to wear

Buoyancy aids are provided. We advise that you bring plenty of changes of clothing, as sailing can be a very wet sport! Sun protection is essential.
