We have three weeks of residential courses available for youngsters covering beginner, improver and intermediate levels over the Easter holidays. Children from the age of 10 can stay with us for a period of 3 or 5 days and join one of our RYA courses - and they'll have as much fun off the water as they will on with our fantastic range of evening entertainments. They don't need to come with a friend - they'll make loads while they are here! It's a fun-packed experience which will leave your children exhilarated and exhausted in equal measures!
And it's not all about the youngsters. Poole Harbour is the perfect location for adults to learn to sail. Poole Harbour is both beautiful and safe, our Instructors are highly qualified and it's a great time of year to decide to take on such a great sport! Our 3 and 5 day courses aim to cover the basics of sailing following the RYA Level 1and 2 RYA scheme. It's a great booster to your confidence and will almost certainly get you hooked!
Poole and the surrounding area also offers a great range of accommodation options from B&B's (we recommend Jennifer Fox on 01202676 581 or contact Poole Tourism on 01202 253253) to lovely hotels situated on the infamous Sandbanks Beach (Sandbanks Hotel and Haven Hotel). There's also pleanty to do after the sailing day is over - explore Poole Quay, take a stroll along the Blue Flag beaches, take a short drive to Studland bay or go slightly further to the New Forest where you will find an endless choice of pubs.
We've also got a whole host of RYA Instructor courses available including RYA Dinghy, Pre-entry, Senior Instructor, Powerboat Instructor and Windsurf Instructor. It's a great incentive to get qualified now, at the start of the season.
